Angel Food Ministries provides food relief and financial support to communities throughout the United States. Since 1994, it has grown to serve thousands of families every month. Angel Food Ministries crosses denominational lines to spread the good news and help friends, neighbors and families in our community.
Savings (and Blessings) With Every Box of Food
Each month, AngelFood offers a different menu of fresh and frozen items. Comparison shopping has been done across the country in various communities using a wide range of retail grocery stores. We’ve done so locally on two occasions: (September 2009 and August 2010). Both instances comprated AngelFood to the ounce at both Krogers and Wal-Mart. And in both instances, the savings potential was much more than a couple bucks.
Big-Box Quality Food
All AngelFood items are the same high quality that you could purchase at a grocery store. No second-hand items. No damaged or out-dated goods. No dented cans or missing labels. No day-old breads and no produce that’s too ripe.
Each menu also contains high quality specialty boxes that include steaks, chicken and/or pork.
AngelFood Is for Everyone
Participation in AngelFood does not require any paperwork or qualifications. And, there’s no limit to the number of boxe you can purchase. Angel Food Ministries also participates in the U.S. Food Stamp program, using the Off-Line Food Stamp Voucher system.
